We are privileged to live in a beautiful place and a high-quality community. To keep SBCC a sanctuary of peace and harmony, it is important that we all act as good neighbours.
Being a good neighbour means being considerate, friendly, helpful in emergencies, and respectful of one another’s privacy and enjoyment of their homes. From time to time, small irritations may arise—such as barking dogs, rubbish left outside, noise, or late-night gatherings. Whenever possible, we encourage residents to give neighbours the benefit of the doubt and raise concerns politely.
Getting to know your neighbours is always helpful. It strengthens communication, improves our sense of community, and benefits families and children.
